WhaleMaps provides crypto market-liquidity analytics, heatmaps, and related data tools for informational purposes only.
All content, data, signals, and analytics are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. Trading digital assets is highly risky and you may lose your entire capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. WhaleMaps is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You may not resell or redistribute the data, scrape or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully. API access is subject to rate limits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleMaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
