What we don't collect: We do not store credit card numbers or payment details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Our analytics (Umami) are cookie-free and do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We do not track you across other websites.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

3. Third-Party Services

WhaleMaps integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Clerk — Authentication

Umami — Analytics

Resend — Transactional Email

WhaleMaps uses minimal cookies:

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or any non-essential cookies.

5. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us via Discord and we will process your request promptly.

8. Children's Privacy

WhaleMaps is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
